What is Mitigate Procurement?
AI-powered procurement analysis that finds compliance gaps before they cost you the contract.
Mitigate Procurement reads your procurement documents and vendor proposals, then tells you where the proposals fall short. Instead of spending days going through hundreds of pages manually, you get a compliance report in minutes.
Who is this for?
If you evaluate vendor proposals as part of your job - whether you're in procurement, compliance, or project management - this tool does the tedious reading for you. You still make the decisions, but now you have a detailed breakdown of every gap, risk, and strength before you do.
What it actually does
You upload two things:
- Your requirements (the RFP, technical specifications, contract terms)
- A vendor's proposal (their response, supporting documents, CVs, financials)
The system compares them and produces a report that includes:
- A recommendation (submit as-is, revise, or reject)
- Specific findings ranked by severity - from deal-breakers to minor issues and strengths
- Exact quotes from the documents backing up each finding
- Scores against your evaluation criteria (if you set them up)
- People and companies mentioned, with automatic registry lookups
The whole thing runs on multiple AI agents working together. One coordinates, others read and search documents, and a separate one double-checks the important findings. More on that in how it works if you're curious.
How the workflow is organized
The app guides you through a step-by-step workflow using a sidebar navigation. Each step in the sidebar shows its status — done, active, or pending — so you always know where you are and what to do next.
The workflow steps are:
- Upload RFP — add your requirement documents
- Quality Check (optional) — AI reviews your RFP for clarity and completeness
- Prep Checklist (optional) — AI generates a list of what to prepare before bidding
- Evaluation Criteria (optional) — define scoring rules for structured comparison
- Lots (optional) — configure multi-lot procurement structure
- Analyze Bids — run AI analysis on vendor proposals
- Compare & Export — compare results side by side and export to Excel
- Chat — ask questions about your documents with cited answers
A "Suggested next" banner at the top of the sidebar always points you to the most logical next action.
When it helps most

When to keep expectations in check
This is a tool, not a replacement for your judgment. It catches things humans miss after reading page 150, but it can also flag something that you know is fine in context. Review the evidence it provides, and use your expertise to make the call.
