Mitigate Procurement

Credits and pricing

How the credit system works, what things cost, and how to purchase more.

Everything runs on credits. You buy credits upfront, and each analysis deducts from your balance.

Pricing

Price per credit: 6 EUR

Purchase options:

  • Minimum: 5 credits (30 EUR)
  • Maximum: 500 credits (3,000 EUR)
  • Payment via credit/debit card through Stripe

Credits don't expire. Buy what you need, use them whenever.

What costs credits

Anything that uses an AI agent costs credits. That covers:

Cost depends on the workload:

FactorImpact on cost
Number of document pagesMore pages = more reading = more credits
Number of evaluation criteriaEach criterion requires extraction and evaluation
Number of lotsMulti-lot analysis with per-lot criteria uses the most
Verification depthCritical/major findings get double-checked
Composition modeAutopilot is cheapest; guided/interview pause more often, which adds turns
Number of artifactsBid composition cost scales with how many sections the plan has
Revision roundsBid composition allows up to one revision round; running it adds to cost
Research scopeBroader briefs and more agent iterations consume more

Typical costs

ScenarioApproximate credits
Quick bid analysis, small procurement (30–50 pages, no criteria)1–3
Standard bid analysis (100–200 pages, 10 criteria, a few bids)5–10
Large bid analysis (500+ pages, 20 criteria, lots, multiple bids)10–30
RFP quality review (typical RFP)1–3
RFP integrity check1–3
Protocol drafting1–3
RFP composition (autopilot, mid-sized RFP)5–15
Bid composition (typical, 8–12 artifacts, autopilot + validator)10–25
Bid composition revision round3–8
Market research run0.5–1.0
Funding research run0.7–1.5

These are estimates. Actual cost depends on document content and how much work the AI needs to do. Every run shows the exact charge in the run summary after completion.

What's free

  • Creating procurements and bids
  • Uploading and parsing documents
  • Configuring criteria and lots
  • Viewing results, comparisons, and validator reports
  • Exporting to Excel
  • Using the AI chat
  • Adding organization members
  • Generating a preparation checklist
  • Approving or editing a compose plan (the setup interview itself does cost credits, but reviewing the produced plan is free)

You only spend credits when you launch an AI run — Analyze, Run Quality Check, Start RFP composition, Approve plan (which kicks off bid composition), and so on.

Checking your balance

Your credit balance is always visible in the top bar. It updates in real time when an analysis completes.

Purchasing credits

Click the Buy button in the top bar or open your credit history and click Buy. You'll be taken to a Stripe checkout page where you can pay by card.

During checkout, Stripe will ask for your billing address and optionally your VAT number. After payment, credits are added to your organization's balance immediately.

VAT and tax

Mitigate is operated by SIA Mitigate, a VAT-registered company in Latvia. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location:

BuyerVAT treatment
Latvian company21% LV VAT applied
EU company with valid VAT ID0% (reverse charge)
Non-EU company0% (outside scope)

To receive the reverse charge (0% VAT), check "I'm purchasing as a business" during checkout and enter your EU VAT registration number. Stripe validates it automatically.

Prices shown in the app (6 EUR/credit) are net prices. VAT is added on top at checkout where applicable.

Invoices

An invoice is automatically generated for every credit purchase. Stripe sends the invoice to the email address used during checkout.

To view past invoices, download receipts, or update your billing information, open the user menu (top-right corner) and click Manage billing & invoices. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • View and download all past invoices as PDF
  • Update your billing address and VAT number
  • Manage payment methods

The billing portal link appears after your first purchase. Each organization has its own billing history — switch organizations to see invoices for a different company.

Credit history

You can see all your credit transactions — purchases, usage per analysis, and any refunds. Click on your credit balance in the top bar to open the credit history.

Saving credits

A few practical tips:

  • Set up criteria before analysis, not after. Adding criteria and re-running doubles the cost.
  • Clean up documents. If a 400-page submission includes 200 pages of appendices that aren't relevant, removing them saves credits.
  • Don't re-run unnecessarily. If one finding seems off, check the evidence before re-running the entire analysis.
  • Use batch analysis wisely. Analyzing 10 bids is 10x the cost, so make sure your documents are ready before starting.

Refunds

If an analysis failed due to a system error (not a document quality issue), contact support. We'll review what happened and issue credits back if appropriate.

Credits used for completed analyses are non-refundable, even if the results weren't what you expected. This is why we recommend preparing your documents properly and setting up criteria before running analysis.

If you're unsure how many credits you'll need, start with the minimum purchase (5 credits) and run one analysis to see how your specific documents perform. You can always buy more.
